Os Simply Red foi outro dos grupos que me marcaram. Gosto de quase todas as suas canções. Tiveram um LP com o qual me passava completamente, pois a capa era simplesmente deslumbrante. Quem se lembra do «Stars»? Esta canção é feliz porque faz lembrar os amores duradouros que perduram graças às pequenas coisas que unem um casal, o facto de se conhecerem bem, de não precisarem de falar para se compreenderem, desse entendimento tipo «almas gémeas», possível por estarem unidos dos dias bons assim como nos dias difíceis. São esses casais que emanem uma certa serenidade feliz que me faz acreditar no amor…
É a minha música preferida deles. Foi através desta música que começei a gostar deles. Há que acreditar no amor, apesar das dificuldades na vida.
