É verdade que não gosto de bebidas alcoolizadas. Só gosto daquelas que sabem a mais a fruta e pouco a álcool. Nestas férias, bebi sangria e gostei imenso. Alguém quer-me dar uma receita caseira para eu aprender a fazer?

Uma receita de sangria dada por alguém que durante muitos anos foi um dos melhores barmen do Algarve…
1 litro de vinho
1/2 litro de “gasosa” (qto mais rasca melhor lol)
Laranja e limão com casca
Pêssego e maçã sem casca
Açucar a gosto
Canela em pau
Gelo
Umas folhas de hortelã (pessoalmente dispenso este último toque)
Et voilá
Ahhhh sim esqueci de dizer
